We at Blue Tide Investments, LLC understand how important privacy is to our subscribers, visitors and customers. We strive to be transparent in our data collection and use practices.
Our Privacy Statement outlines what types of information from our subscribers, visitors and customers (“you” or “User”) is collected, to whom we may share such information, and how that information may be used by Blue Tide Investments, LLC (“Blue Tide”, “we” or “us”), as each relates to your use of Blue Tide’s websites, software, applications, online services, and products (collectively, the “Sites or Services”).
By using the Sites or Services, you agree to this Privacy Statement, our Terms of Use, and, if applicable, the Subscription Agreement and all amendments and licenses to each of this Privacy Statement, our Terms of Use and the Subscription Agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”). By using our Sites or Services, you consent to Blue Tide’s use of your information and data as described in the Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement, please do not use the Sites or Services.
Collection of Personal Information
We may collect certain personal information from you to provide services. When you register with us through our Sites or Services, we will ask you for personally identifiable information. This refers to information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Identity Information”), and may include your name, phone number, email address, postal address and username. If you enter into our Subscription Agreement, additional information may be requested in the registration process.
Our Sites or Services may provide links to third-party applications, services, or websites for your convenience. We do not control third party sites and services or their privacy practices and we do not endorse or make representations about third-party sites. We cannot control the activities of third parties and any information you choose to provide to such third parties will be governed by their policies.
If you post or share personal information, including ideas, comments, observations or other material (collectively, a “User Submission”) to any public forum on our Sites or Services, including any article, social network page, blog, or other such forum, please be aware that any Identity Information disclosed in your User Submission can be viewed by other users of these forums and could be used to contact you for purposes that neither you nor we control. Blue Tide is not responsible for Identity Information contained in User Submissions.
How we use and share your information
We use the information you provide to offer and improve our Sites or Services, including giving you access to subscriber materials via the Subscription Agreement and otherwise, improving content, adapting or adding in new features, providing and improving service and support, delivering relevant advertising, aggregating certain information to better understand our Users, contacting you regarding our products or services, and preventing and detecting malicious activity.
Blue Tide may share your Identity Information with our affiliates or with third parties who provide services to us and who agree to keep such Identity Information confidential.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate the Sites or Services, to perform related services, including maintenance, database management, web analytics, and improvement of the features or functionality, or to assist us in data analysis.
We may aggregate general information about our users and use that information for limited commercial purposes, and we may share or sell such aggregated general information with our business partners, vendors, or distributors for these same purposes.
We may disclose Identity Information as allowed or required by law. We may also disclose Identity Information: (a) to respond to information requests of governmental authorities; (b) to comply with any law, regulation, subpoena, or court order; (c) to investigate or prevent malicious activity; (d) to protect the rights and properties of Blue Tide, its affiliates and its business partners; or (e) to protect the personal safety of our employees, agents, affiliates, business partners, customers or site users. In the event of a merger, consolidation, or sale or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of Blue Tide, your Identity Information will be transferred to the purchasing or new entity. However, the use of this information by any purchasing or surviving entity would be governed by the terms of this Privacy Statement, as amended from time to time, including any amendment after such transaction.
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers and servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, Blue Tide transfers Identity Information to the United States and processes it there. By consenting to this Privacy Statement and submitting your information, you agree to that transfer.
California Privacy Rights
Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of the State of California have the right to request from a business, with whom the State of California resident has an established business relationship, certain information with respect to the types of personal information the business shares with third parties for direct marketing purposes by such third party and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year.

Keeping your personal information secure
To prevent unauthorized access, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of information, Blue Tide uses generally accepted industry standards to protect your Identity Information submitted to Blue Tide or relies on the services of third parties to provide the same. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Identity Information.
Log Data and Cookies
When you use our Sites or Services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your Internet Service Provider; your computer’s Internet Protocol address, browser type, and operating system; referring/exit pages; clickstream data; pages of our Sites or Services that you visit, time spent, information you search for on our Sites or Services, access times and dates; and other statistics. We use this information to monitor and analyze use of our Sites or Services and for technical administration and to increase the functionality and make our Sites or Services more user-friendly. We also may use this information to serve advertisements and other information appropriate to your interests.
We may aggregate and evaluate Log Data for the same purposes as stated above regarding other aggregated information.
Blue Tide Sites or Services use “cookies” and “web beacons” to retrace your interaction with our websites and applications. We use cookies for site registration and customization. You have the ability to prevent cookies from being saved on your computer by making the appropriate adjustments in your browser options. However, by not accepting cookies, some pages may not fully function and you may not be able to access certain information on this site.

The terms of this Privacy Statement may change from time to time. If we modify our Privacy Statement, we will notify you and post the revised statement here, with an updated revision date.
